Grooming Policy & Cancellation Terms

At Furry Fresh by C, we are committed to providing a safe, calm, and professional grooming experience for every pet. Please read our policy carefully before booking.

Booking & Deposits

  • All appointments may require a deposit to secure the booking.
  • Deposits are non-transferable to another client.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened groom or cancellation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund of the full service price.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full appointment price.
  • Deposits paid are deducted from the total grooming service cost.

Pet Health & Behaviour

  • Owners must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or behavioural concerns before the appointment.
  • Aggressive or highly stressed pets may require the groom to be stopped for safety reasons.
  • Additional handling fees may apply for difficult grooming situations.

Matted Coats

  • Severely matted coats may require shaving for the pet’s comfort and welfare.
  • Extra charges may apply depending on coat condition and grooming time needed.

Safety

  • Your pet’s wellbeing is our priority. If we believe grooming may cause excessive stress or risk to your pet, we reserve the right to stop the appointment.
